About me

I am a versatile documentary director, known for a cinematic filming style and strong editorial judgement, with a passion for creating compelling and meaningful narratives. My work spans sensitive access, true crime, arts, history, remote, and presenter-led projects.

Recently, I directed a two-part true crime boxset for C4, following a high-profile case involving hundreds of victims. The series combines intimate victim-family stories with a major investigative thread. This is a crime that has never been seen before in the UK, and the hope for the project is regulatory change.

Prior to that, I directed a feature-length boxset for ITV1, incorporating observational documentary, drama reconstructions, multi-cam interviews, and archive. I also filmed and edit-produced an AIB award-winning feature doc for C4 — an investigative history travelogue exploring a story that could rewrite British history.

Although much of my work is in true crime, I thrive across genres, from the arts-history series Secrets of the Museum for BBC Two to the BAFTA-nominated School for Stammerers for ITV. I enjoy establishing the style and tone of a series and collaborating with production teams to deliver the strongest possible films.

Well established in the edit, I have worked as an Edit Producer and Series Editor across features, boxsets, series, and singles. Recent credits include edit-producing both episodes of The Real Unforgotten for ITV1, The Princes in the Tower for C4, and acting as Series Editor for After the Verdict. I have also been a Senior PD, troubleshooting shoots and edits across multiple series including Accused: Guilty or Innocent.

I am passionate about creating visually cinematic, narratively compelling stories that entertain, engage, and resonate with audiences.
